Brilié LARGE WALL CLOCK DOUBLE-SIDED FOR BRILLIANT STATION Grey hammered metal case opening by hinges Square dial with Arabic numerals on a white background, stick indexes for the minutes, signed on both sides 74 x 89 x 24,5 cm Operation not guaranteed Born in 1865, Lucien Brillié, an electrical engineer, joined forces with his brother Henri to create electric clocks and give birth to Ateliers Brillié Frères. They developed an innovative system of remote synchronization of clocks from a master clock, thus saving the time of winding a whole network. The success is such that Brillié is the great leader of the industrial watchmaking market in the 1960s and 70s, even though Lucien has been dead since 1911!
