EXCEPTIONAL 19th-century BRONZE LIGHT after André Charles BOULLE (1642-1732)
Regency-style, finely chased and gilded bronze chandelier, illuminated by six arms of light.
The baluster-shaped central shaft is adorned with Bérain motifs, gadroons and twisted flutes, and a pinecone at the base.
The inverted console branches are embellished with foliage and linked to the shaft by masks of bearded satyrs.
Regency style circa 1870-1880.
Dim: H 63 cm, Diam 68 cm approx.
Electricity redone; very good working condition.
