CARTIER Rare Art Deco vest chain in yellow gold - Master goldsmith: Marcel-François Renard Elegance, purity of line and excellence of craftsmanship define this rare vest chain forming a sautoir, signed Cartier, made during the Art Deco period, towards the end of the 1930s. Crafted in 18-carat yellow gold (750‰), this collector's item features a marine mesh "anchor chain" of great finesse, at once sober and sophisticated. Length: 93 cm approx. Pb: 67 gr It bears the hallmark of Marcel-François Renard, a renowned Parisian silversmith based at 80 rue de Turenne in Paris, active since 1938. Good condition Sold by designation
